Brian Turner R.I.B.A. is a chartered and registered
Architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British
Architects.
He has a worked as an Architect running his
own practice for over 20 years. He was previously employed
in both the private and public sectors and was latterly an
Associate with a national architectural company.
He has practised in the south of England, including
the New Forest for a number of years and therefore has a
working knowledge of most of the local authorities in the
area, resulting in a good record of obtaining planning
permissions and other approvals.
He has carried out a variety of projects ranging in
value from £20,000 for small projects e.g. 'alterations /
extensions to in excess of £1m for larger more complex new
build developments.
He currently has a broad base of clients and to date
has worked for over 500 clients, both private and corporate,
offering a high quality personal service to suit individual
requirements.
The vast majority of his work comes
from recommendations or repeat clients and to date, he has
designed and built over 100 new houses and flats.
He can provide architectural services from initial
discussions about the feasibility of the proposals through
the approvals and detail stages of the project. Fees are
competitive and tailored to suit the individual project and
the client’s particular requirements.
The fee structure is usually dependant on the nature
and complexity of the proposals and to the stages
involved.
He carries Full Professional Indemnity Insurance
